Combination of Bekay and Topical Tolenorm Provides Faster Repigmentation

  • 24 patients with various types of localized vitiligo were treated with combination therapy with topical Tolenorm and Bekay tablets.

Study findings

  • In all the patients, 40% repigmentation was observed by 12 weeks.
  • Nearly 70% repigmentation was observed by 64weeks.

Bekay improves liver function for effective vitiligo treatment

  • Toxic metabolites present in the body are one of the major causes for vitiligo. Protecting the liver and maintaining its enzymatic balance will help in removal of toxins.
  • Normal liver cells were damaged with carbon tetrachloride and then treated with 30mg of Bekay to observe the efficacy of the drug. Damaged liver had abnormal enzyme activity which was brought to normalcy followed by the treatment with Bekay.

Treatment with Bekay tablets brought the enzyme level to normalcy

  • Treatment with Bekay tablets brought the enzyme level to normalcy.
  • Bekay was proved to be highly effective in hepatoprotection
